Analytec Corporation has a new line of low frequency (250 Hz) sonic cleaning equipment for control of soot, fly-ash, and dust build-up in boilers, I.D. fans, mechanical dust collectors, baghouses, and precipitators. With a low temperature/low cost unit of cast iron to a high temperature Hastelloy-C unit for service to 2000 F, systems can be cost effectively applied to solve most particulate build-up and clogging problems. All peripheral installation hardware (valves, filters, regulators, lubricators, plumbing) also available.

A Sound Solution to your dust build-up problem!

This bin activator incorporates a unique and patented system for the movement of flow-resistant material. The system acts positively on the material itself, rather than on the containing vessel. This causes no damage to the container, which can occur with vibration or severe shock techniques. Multiple air bursts
The system consists of air reservoirs and valve injectors, mounted on the vessel, which induce air blasts on the compacted material inside the vessel. An initial burst of compressed air acts directly on the particles, causing some motion. Then, while the material is still in motion, a second burst is injected, elevating the activity of the air in the container. Subsequent bursts are released all within milliseconds of each other, each creating an amplified effect over the previous burst. The result is total activation and free flow of material in as little as one second. The activator can be used singly or in multiples, mounted on the outside of a vessel.

The units can be programmed to control the number, duration, and frequency of bursts. From one to nine bursts can be set, each lasting milliseconds, with milliseconds between bursts. Adjustments can be made and easily revised so that material flow can be affected with the minimum amount of energy expended.
